If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return the product within 30 days after delivery, provided that it is unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in a condition that can be resold. Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless there is a defect.
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team via email (zhiding717@gmail.com) or through our contact page (link: https://xingweigoods.shop/contact-us/) and request a return authorization number (“RA number”). Tax returns without submitting the RA number will not be accepted.
Unless the return is due to a defect, our error, or delivery error, you will need to cover the shipping costs for the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your return and refund request within 48 hours. The refund will be processed and returned to your bank account within 7-15 days after approval. It does not include any shipping fees or other non-refundable charges.
